Sodium nitrate soluble in water, methyl alcohol, extremely easily dissolves in ammonia, micro-dissolve in glycerin. It easily deliquesce in the air. It absorbs large amount of heat while dissolving in water. It has strong oxidizing property. It is an oxidant. It will cause combustion or explosion when it is put together with organism, sulfured etc.
