98.5% potassium carbonate were the main raw material for glass,soap
potassium carbonate (K2CO3) is a white salt, soluble in water (insoluble in
ethanol) which forms a strongly alkaline solution. It can be made as the product of
potassium hydroxide's absorbent reaction with carbon dioxide. It is deliquescent,
often appearing a damp or wet solid. Potassium carbonate is used in the production
of soap and glass.

Potash is used primarily as an agricultural fertilizer (plant nutrient) because it is a source of soluble potassium, one of the three primary plant nutrients.
Hand protection: handle with gloves.

Skin and body protection: choose body protection according to the amount and
concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place.
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Wash
hands before breaks and at the end of workday.
