Characters:
Sodium fluorosilicate is white or colorless crystalline powder.It is hardly soluble in the acid and water. It is odorless and tasteless, relative density 2.68, with moisture absorption. Sodium silicofluoride soluble in ether and other solvents, insoluble in alcohol. The solubility is greater in acid than in water. Decompose in alkaline solution to form sodium fluoride and silicon dioxide. After scorching 300 degrees above, decomposition into sodium fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride, toxic!

Stable. Incompatiable with oxidizing agents, water. Moisture sensitive.
Application
1, Used as enamel cream, agricultural insecticides, wood preservatives and so on.
